Students from Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges (HRUC) are celebrating another year of outstanding GCSE and BTEC Level 2 exam results.
Across the College, hundreds of our amazing students sat GCSEs and Level 2 qualifications, including BTECs, in a variety of subjects, and achieved fantastic results, with many learners making impressive progress from a wide range of starting points.
Inspiring results
HRUC students achieved GCSE pass rates of 100% in English Language and 99.4% in Mathematics, with an overall GCSE pass rate of 97.2%, while BTEC students achieved an overall pass rate of 94%.
Their high achievement rates are as inspiring as the students themselves – we’re proud of our Level 2 students as they graduate into our Level 3 and A-Level programmes, apprenticeships and employment.
At Harrow College GCSE students achieved:
- 100% pass rates in English Language, Mathematics and Combined Science
- An overall College pass rate of 90% (up over 4% on 2025).
While BTEC Level 2 students achieved a 92% pass rate in Business and an overall pass rate of 91%.
Great resources for learning
Costin, a Harrow College student who achieved a Distinction in his Level 2 IT OCR and a grade 8 in GCSE Maths, plans to study A-Levels in Maths, Further Maths and Physics at Uxbridge College and said:
“I really enjoyed the college environment and the support from the teachers, as well as having great resources for learning.”
Our students achieve amazing things
Jo Swindells, Principal of Harrow College, said:
“Congratulations to all our students who have worked so hard in the lead-up to their exams. Students who come here can and do achieve amazing things and these excellent results demonstrate our position as part of one of the best performing FE college groups in England.
We offer a wide range of pathways, to help each student find the right route for them, whether that’s going on to university, an apprenticeship or straight into a career. We are very proud of all our students have accomplished and look forward to welcoming many of them back in September for the next step in their education journeys.”
