If you like working with computers, enjoy solving problems using logical, analytical thinking and enjoy hands-on practical work then this course is for you. You will learn how to create websites, animations, games, spreadsheets and databases. You will also develop practical skills in computer hardware and networking.
This course includes subjects on:
- Information technology systems
- Creating systems to manage information
- Using social media in business
- Programming Data modelling

Entry requirements
5 x GCSEs grade 9-4 (grade A - C) including English and Maths or a relevant Level 2 diploma qualification at Distinction grade.
We will need to see a progress report which states 90% and above attendance and a recommendation from your tutor, school or college.
Students who have 5 x GCSEs grade 9-4 (grade A- C) including English and Maths or a Level 2 diploma with Merit grade along with GCSE or relevant Level 2 functional skills Maths or English should apply and will be interviewed. -
