I studied BTEC level 2 and 3 business at Harrow College. My tutor, Tina Tony was very motivating and the College was flexible, understanding and supportive. My studies at Harrow College really prepared me for university level study.

"I studied BTEC level 2 and 3 business at Harrow College. My tutor, Tina Tony was very motivating and the College was flexible, understanding and supportive. My studies at Harrow College really prepared me for university level study.
I went to Middlesex University but after 3 months I decided to leave as due to personal circumstances it wasn't right for me. I'd kept in touch with my tutor from Harrow College and she recommended that I looked at the new HND courses and I really liked the business course.
I'm now studying the HND at Harrow College and I'm really enjoying. It's the same work and level as university but it's much more flexible and supportive. The groups are small and we can ask lots of questions and get help if we need it. It's much friendlier and more personal than university.
Our lecturers teach at universities too so their style of teaching is different to level 2 and 3. We still have lectures like at university so we're encouraged to be independent which is really important and we're treated like adults. I would recommend the course to anyone who would like to study at university level but maybe needs a more flexible and supportive approach.
After completing the HND I would like to finish the third year at university to get the BA. My future goal is to work in marketing."
