Keeping in touch with your son/daughter's education

We find our students are much more likely to succeed if they're supported by their teachers and their families.

Students feel motivated and encouraged if their hard work is recognised. Equally, when students need to be prompted to improve their performance, they are more likely to do so if they are getting the same messages at home and college.

We will always update you with any issues or concerns we may have, including attendance.
If there is anything you feel we should know that could help us support your son/daughter, please talk to us.

You can contact teaching staff and personal tutors and please use the parent portal to see your son/daughter's:

• Timetable
• Attendance and punctuality data
• Reviews with performance grades and teachers comments
• Tutor contact details.

How can I contact the College?

You can reach your son/daughter's personal tutor or curriculum leader through the switchboard 020 8909 6000 or by email in the format This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (e.g. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

It's important that your son/daughter lets us know if they're going to be absent. They can do so via the MyHarrow app which they should have downloaded onto their smart phones.

How will I receive feedback on my son/daughter's progress?

For information on progress, grades, timetable and attendance have a look at the parent's portal. Log in details will be sent to you once your son/ daughter has enrolled at the College.
