Working with universities, employers and training providers

At Harrow College, students are invited to participate in a number of events designed to build employability skills and explore options in Education and Employment.  There will also be opportunities for you to interact with universities and professionals to help you with your future plans.

Preparing for the world of work

Supporting you to identify and develop your Employability Skills is central to the student experience at Harrow College. This is achieved through the curriculum, a range of additional enterprise activities and expert advice from employers on CVs and interview skills. Students are able to record evidence of these skills in their Enterprise Passport to help them prepare for successful future employment. Advice and support is available from professional College Careers Advisors for students wanting to develop a CV, complete an application form or practise interview skills.

University applications

At Harrow College we provide guidance and support throughout the university application process. This includes help with researching and choosing suitable courses and universities, completing the application form, personal statement writing and preparing for an interview. We are proud to say that last year 81% of applicants from Harrow College were successful in securing a place on a higher education course.

National Careers Service Advisor
