On 8th and 9th February Harrow College appeared at the Smaart Skills 2012 event at Wembley Stadium.
SMAART Skills is an event for young people aged 15-24 to discover the huge range of careers, training schemes, apprenticeships, educational options and skills opportunities available to them.
On our stand we:
- Showed a film produced by our Media students
- Showcased the Harrow Skills Centre with displays of student work
- Talked to prospective students about their options and courses at Harrow College
- Gave hair and make-up demonstrations and free manicures – all professionally delivered by our Hair and Beauty students
Not forgetting the Student Ambassadors from Sport and Fitness who did a great job promoting the Academy of Dreams football trials and other sports courses.
