Who is the course for?

If you are currently out of work and looking for a new opportunity, this could be for you. These qualifications in Business and Administration are for anyone interested in starting a career in office administration. You'll learn the essentials of keeping an office running - handling the phones and mail and welcoming visitors. Successful candidates will also achieve Employability (Entry Level 3) qualification.

Course dates:

Monday 27 February 2017 – Wednesday 15 March 2017 (10 days of study over 3 weeks) - 3 days per week maximum.

Day / times:

9:30 - 3:15pm twice a week and 9:30 - 4pm once a week.

 Who is the course for?

If you are currently out of work and looking for a new opportunity, this could be for you. Providing the background knowledge needed to succeed in retail, these qualifications cover the essential concepts to help get a first retail job. Topics include customer service, selling, teamwork as well as health, safety and security issues. These qualifications are for anyone who works in or would like to work in retail. You don't need any previous experience or prior qualifications.

Course dates:

Monday 6 March 2017 – Monday 27 March 2017 (10 days of study over 3 weeks) - 3 days per week maximum.

Day / times:

9:30 - 3:15pm twice a week and 9:30 - 4pm once a week.
