"What I've tried to do is to ensure that students who needed a second chance got it. We received 'Outstanding' for 'Social and Education Inclusion' in the last Ofsted inspection. We have the ability to cater for the needs of a wide range of young people and adults and help them achieve their potential. I will miss being around the students and working with the many amazing people that I've known over the years."
