Harrow College continues to work with employers to deliver training solutions to meet their needs. With the assistance of College recruitment company HQ Recruit and expert telemarketing company Darren Guinness Associates, the College has embarked on a campaign to offer apprenticeship programmes and inform local business of the benefits of them. Starting in June, the campaign will carry on through till autumn in a pilot phase before being rolled out on a wider scale later on in the year.

In support of the development of the new Morrisons superstore in central Harrow, the College is working in conjunction with JobCentre Plus and Stanmore College to provide training opportunities for new staff at the store.

Online retailer Amazon is working with Harrow College to train 600 potential workers. The scheme, which sees potential employees undertake employability testing prior to employment, will recruit a number of work ready staff for Amazon's new fulfilment centre in Hemel Hempstead.
